SRINAGAR: Police on Friday recovered the body of a youth from a railway bridge in Samba district, officials said.
A police official said that the body was found near Sarore Adda, Bari Brahmana, and was subsequently taken to GMC Jammu for post-mortem. “The deceased has been identified as Raja Ibrar Khan, son of Abdul Rehman Khan, a resident of Sarola, Manjakote, Rajouri, he said.”
The body will be handed over to his family after medico-legal formalities, the official said. Meanwhile, police have also started an investigation into the matter, the official added. (GNS)
