SRINAGAR
A book fair organized by The National Book Trust (NBT) will start in Srinagar from August 23, sources said on Friday.
“The nine day long fair will be held at the Exhibition Ground Srinagar from Saturday, August 23,” they said.
It will end on August 31, the NBT sources said adding the decision to this effect was taken in the month of July.
Earlier this year, the NBT had organised the World Book Fair in New Delhi. It was followed by the Mandi Book Fair and the Shimla Book Fair (Himachal Pradesh) in June and July respectively.
