The forces on Sunday cordoned off the Wathoo Shirmal village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
Initial reports said that door to door search operation is underway. People have been asked to come out from their houses.
A top police official said that search operation was launched after getting inputs about the presence of militants in the village.
