SRINAGAR: A joint team of government forces in Poonch district launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in villages along the Mughal Road.
Quoting officials news agency KNO reported that there are inputs about suspicious movement in higher reaches of Dugran village in Surankote.
“The village falls near famous tourist spot Noori Chamb along Mughal road,” the officials said, adding that both Army and Police teams have cordoned villages in the area where intense searches are going on.
“Senior officers of Army and Police are on the spot,” said officials.
