SRINAGAR: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has postponed Class 12 examinations scheduled for 9, 10 and 11 March in view of the prevailing situation in West Asia, the board said in a statement.
According to CBSE, the examinations planned on these dates in the region will now be conducted later, with fresh dates to be announced in due course.
The board said it will review the situation on 10 March and take a decision regarding the examinations scheduled from 12 March onwards.
Students have been advised to remain in contact with their respective schools for updates and to follow official announcements issued by the board.
