Voting has started in Central Kashmir constituency having three districts— Budgam, Srinagar and Ganderbal.According to reports there are small lines of people seen outise polling station amid tight scurity.
Pertinently the duration of voting has been cut short by one hour and new timing refixed is till 5pm.
