SRINAGAR: The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has posted seven Indian Forest Service (IFS) officers of the 2024 batch to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir following the completion of their on-the-job training.
According to an office order issued by the Ministry on July 6, the officers, all belonging to the AGMUT cadre, have been assigned to various segments of the cadre with immediate effect.
The officers posted to Jammu and Kashmir are Anubhav Jain, Anusha Koli, Aseem, Chandrabhushan, Navdeep Singh, Sana Fayaz and Shubham Kanoujia.
The remaining officers have been posted to other AGMUT segments, with Nagabhushana S and S. Sreeshan assigned to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chetak Dipak Sawant and Haobijam Devshree Devi to Arunachal Pradesh, Keyur Bhoj to the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, and Atul Tiwari to Goa.
The Ministry has directed all the officers to join their new places of posting immediately and submit their joining reports, with a copy to the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
