SRINAGAR: The Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI), a multidisciplinary post-graduate academic institute in Thailand, is organizing a merit-based, fully funded master’s scholarship for international students. Applications for the CGI Postgraduate Scholarship Programme are due on September 30, 2023.
The CGI is presently offering fifteen scholarships and programmes leading to a Master’s degree in Applied Biological Sciences: Environmental Health, Environmental Toxicology, and Chemical Sciences. Applicants from other related fields are also welcome to apply.
Scholarships are open to eligible applicants who are under 30 years of age, hold a bachelor’s degree with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 in sciences, medical sciences, or pharmacy, have experience in scientific laboratory research. They must have an English proficiency report, TOEFL or IELTS and a statement of purpose.
Required documents for CGI scholarships are an application form, a full academic transcript, three recommendation letters, a statement of Purpose explaining interest in study, a medical history report, and other supporting documents to facilitate application screening.
The scholarship will cover tuition and other academic fees (credit fee, laboratory expenses, refresher course, enrolment fee, thesis fee, production of thesis documents), round trip airfare, visa fee, first settlement allowance, relocation allowance, accommodation, a monthly stipend, a book allowance, health insurance, and others.
