Srinagar
A cloudburst has struck a village in Khunmoh area of Pulwama district on Wednesday triggering flash floods in the city outskirts.
Witnesses said that flash flood water has entered dozens of residential houses and a couple of factories situated in the area.
Tehsildar Panthachowk said that flood water was flowing towards Balehama and it has blocked roads in the area.
He along with his team has rushed to the spot.
