Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of CEC, LAHDC, Leh, Dr Sonam Dawa who passed away on Monday in Leh.
In her condolence message, the Chief Minister recalled the contribution of late Dr Sonam Dawa in the development of Ladakh region. She expressed sympathies with the bereaved family members in their hour of grief and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
