Chief Minister Ms Mehbooba Mufti reached summer capital Thursday afternoon.
Ms Mufti flew to New Delhi on Tuesday morning where she met President, Prime Minister, Union Home, Finance, Foreign and Defence Ministers.
Sources said that Mehbooba landed in a state plane this afternoon in Srinagar International airport and straightway drove to her Fairview residence.
Reports had earlier said that Mehbooba met right wing Hindu nationalist, BJP, president, Amit Shah in Union capital before flying back to state.
CM Mehbooba’s return to Kashmir coincided with a complete shutdown against civilian killings by forces in North Kashmir’s Handwara and Drugmulla.
