SRINAGAR: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday conducted pre-Budget consultations with a broad range of stakeholders from the Jammu Division as part of preparations for the upcoming Budget, officials said.
According to a post by the Office of the Chief Minister on X, the discussions focused on shaping a people-oriented Budget that addresses regional aspirations, strengthens infrastructure, supports livelihoods, and promotes balanced and inclusive growth across Jammu and Kashmir.

The consultations were aimed at integrating feedback from the grassroots level to ensure that the development priorities of the Jammu region are effectively reflected in the Budget, the post added.
