CM Omar Reviews Constituency Issues, Assures Time-Bound Action After Meeting Legislators

   

SRINAGAR: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday met several legislators at the Civil Secretariat in Srinagar and reviewed constituency-specific issues, developmental requirements and public welfare concerns raised by the elected representatives.

During the meetings, the legislators apprised the Chief Minister of various local issues requiring government intervention, including development projects and matters related to public welfare in their respective constituencies.

Those who met the Chief Minister included Iftikhar Ahmad (Rajouri), Rafiq Ahmad Naik (Tral), Justice (Retd.) Hasnain Masoodi (Pampore), Javed Reyaz Bedar (Pattan), Khursheed Ahmad Sheikh (Langate), Arjun Singh Raju (Ramban) and Ghulam Ahmad Mir (Dooru).

Officials said the legislators highlighted a range of constituency-specific concerns and sought timely resolution of issues affecting local residents.

Abdullah gave a patient hearing to the representatives and assured them that the matters raised would be examined and addressed in a time-bound manner, reaffirming the government’s commitment to responsive governance and development across Jammu and Kashmir.
