Coalition government has grabbed all the four legislative council seats from Jammu and Kashmir.
Ali Mohammad Dar and Ghulam Nabi Monga from Kashmir and Dr Shahnaz and Sham Lal Bhaghat have been declared elected from Kashmir and Jammu divisions respectively.
