People of Sopore are shocked over the killing of a 18 year old youth, Suhail Ahmad Sofi son of Ghulam Nabi Sofi by unidentified gunmen late Tuesday night.
Sources said that Suhail was near a local mosque when he saw the gunmen aiming at him and he rushed in the mosque to take refuge. But the gunmen followed him and pumped at least five bullets in his body. The 11th class student, Suhail died on spot.
The incident took place in Kundri mohalla Doabgah around 10:00 pm Tuesday night.
The locals told Kashmir Life that they were shocked by the cold blooded murder of young Suhail by unidentified gunmen.
