It has been four days since BSNL services stopped working in parts of Habba Kadal even as the state-run telecom company is yet to figure out the technical snag.
On Saturday, several telephone lines developed a snag as a result of which connections snapped. “It has been more than four days and BSNL is yet to locate the problem, much less fix it,” said Zahoor, a subscriber.
Subscribers also alleged that the telecom company was providing “extremely sluggish” Broadband services even though it had promised to ratchet up the speed up to 2 MBps starting October 2nd 2015.
Pertinently, Airtel mobile internet services were also down since yesterday irking subscribers.
When contacted, General Manager, BSNL didn’t respond to the calls.
