A policeman was injured in a grenade attack near KP road in south Kashmir’s Islamabad town on Friday.
Reports said that the suspected militants hurled a grenade near a police post in Islamabad town.
They said in the incident one policeman identified as Sajad Ahmad sustained injuries and was shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.
Soon after the attack forces have cordoned off the area and searches are on to nab the assailants.
This is the second grenade attack in Islamabad today. Earlier, a grenade was fired at Police Post in Srigufwara.
