To ensure focused public grievance redressal system amid Covid-19 outbreak, District Administration, Ganderbal today launched a web-based grievance redressal system for the local people of the district to redress their grievances related to the COVID-19 and situations arising due to the lockdown.

The District Commissioner, Ganderbal, Shafqat Iqbal, while inaugurating the online grievance redressal system said that District Administration is making every effort for the convenience of people of the district and the web-based grievance redressal system is one such effort.

For the redressal of grievance, the applicant has to register his/her grievance by visiting the District Administration’s website www.ganderbal.nic.in/grievance. Persons who want to register their grievance online have to fill details like Name, E-mail Address, Parentage, Address, Mobile Number and type of grievance. The response/reply of the grievance submitted will be sent on the same email address provided by the applicant at the time of filing the grievance.

He further said that any grievances with regard to the Covid-19 pandemic and the present situation of lockdown can be brought into the notice of District Administration by accessing the link, so that necessary action is initiated without delay.
