Five patients who had tested positive for Covid-19 have been discharged from JLNM hospital in Srinagar following their recovery, said an official on Saturday.
The patients were given a rousing send-off by the doctors and hospital staff when they left for the native places.

An official said that out of five patients, one patient was discharged after 25 days as the patient was symptomatic and tested repeatedly positive four times before testing negative.
“Rest of the patients were asymptomatic and were discharged after 18 days from the hospital,” said an official.
Now total positive patients admitted at JLNM hospital at present are 40.
