Police on Saturday announced that the restrictions, aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus in Kashmir Valley, shall continue till March 31 even as media persons have been asked to collect passes from the administration.
“As a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of coronavirus, it has been decided that the restrictions shall continue till March 31 and we request the people to fully cooperate for the safety of all,” Inspector General of Police Kashmir Range Vijay Kumar (IPS) told newsagency GNS.
He also requested media persons to collect necessary passes from administration in order to reach their place of vocations.
