SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir reported seven more deaths due to the covid-19 in the last twenty fours, taking the fatality count to 1833 in J&K.

Four among the victims belonged to Jammu division and three to Kashmir Valley, officials told on Friday.

Among others the victims include a 52-year-old woman from Bemina Srinagar, a 55-year-old man from Lal Bazar Srinagar, a 62-year-old woman from Beerwah Budgam, a 66-year-old from Sainik Colony Jammu and a 74-year-old man from Talab Tillo Jammu.

With these deaths, the total fatality count in J&K reached 1833—1164 in the Valley and 669 in the Jammu region.

Srinagar district with 441 deaths tops the list followed by Jammu (342), Baramulla (170), Budgam (106), Pulwama (88), Kupwara (88), Anantnag (82), Doda (60), Bandipora (57), Udhampur (55), Kulgam (53), Rajouri (54), Kathua (47), Ganderbal (42), Shopian (37), Samba (34), Poonch (22), Ramban (21), Kishtwar(21), and Reasi (13).
