SRINAGAR: At least four CRPF personnel were among 61 persons who tested positive for the novel coronavirus in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday.

Dr Farooq Jan Medical Superintendent SKIMS told Kashmir Life that 61 persons have been tested positive for COVID19 at the SKIMS laboratory.

“Of the 61 new cases, four are from CRPF Battalions, 23 from Anantnag, 15 from Srinagar, 1 from Ganderbal, 4 from Bandipora and 14 from Kupwara,” he said. “We are in the process of getting the details of the individuals.

He said 1543 samples had been tested at the lab in 24 hours out of which 1482 were negative.
