Crime Branch Kashmir Officials Speak on Policing, Legal Changes at IMPA

   

SRINAGAR: Officers from the Crime Branch Kashmir, (Economic Offences Wing), delivered a lecture on Jammu and Kashmir Police Administration and the new criminal laws at an event organised by the Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development (IMPA) in Srinagar.

Senior Superintendent of Police, Crime Branch Kashmir, Abdul Waheed Shah, and Senior Prosecuting Officer, Sheikh Bilal Mohi-ud-Din, addressed JKAS trainees and faculty members during the session. The officers were invited as part of an expert team to share their professional experiences and operational knowledge.

The speakers discussed key cases and investigative procedures, outlining methods used in both administrative and field settings. They also responded to questions from the trainees during an interactive segment of the session.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks to IMPA and the visiting officers. Attendees expressed interest in future sessions of a similar nature to strengthen understanding of public service mechanisms.
