SRINAGAR: A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel posted with the B/117th battalion at Rajbagh in central Kashmir’s Srinagar died of cardiac arrest on Tuesday.
Officials said that the CRPF personnel suddenly complained of chest pain and was immediately referred to the nearest medical facility.
However, he later succumbed to cardiac arrest. He has been identified as Jiterndera Devidass, a resident of Jalgaon in Maharashtra.
Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the incident. (JKNS)
