As per a police spokesperson a radio operator head constable Dharam Singh posted at A/D 3rd Bn. CRPF, A-coy died in suspicious circumstances in the camp of 45 Bn. CRPF located at Sumbal, Bandipora.
Meanwhile Sumbal police has initiated inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC in this regard.
