Calling it a historic moment for the state of Jammu and Kashmir, Irtiqa Iqbal, daughter of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, Monday said that “promises made to J&K people should be fulfilled”.
Talking to international news agency, Irtiqa said, “I expect her (Mehbooba Mufti) to make things better and fulfil the promises she made to the people.”
Irtiqa is in film making and mostly stays out of J&K.
