An army soldier was killed and another injured in Nowshera sector in Jammu as India and Pakistani troops exchanged heavy firing along the International Border (IB), reports said on Tuesday.
Reports said that the cross firing was going on till reports last came in.
The Line of Control and IB in Jammu and Kashmir are witnessing escalation in tensions over last few months.
