J&K Police issued a 32-word statement describing Tuesday situation across Kashmir. It is being reproduced here verbatim for larger public interest
The situation throughout Kashmir remained under control although isolated incidents of stone pelting were reported from Shopian, Kulgam, Awantipora, Sopore and Bandipora.
There were no reports of any injury to anybody today till filing of this report.
As a precautionary measure Curfew/restrictions were put in place in police stations of North zone Srinagar and Islamabad town.
