It is for the information of aspirants of Kulgam district, who are appearing in the IAS (Prelims), 2016 exams scheduled to be held on August 07, 2016 that the district administration has appointed ARTO, Kulgam as the Nodal Officer for coordinating transport arrangements on the said date.

The candidates are informed to reach at Mini Secretariat, Kulgam on the said date at 4:00 am for availing the transport facility.
