One more youth, Suhail Ahmad Wani injured in Lethpora when SDM Ramban’s security guard opened fired on protesters, succumbed early Saturday at SKIMS hospital, Srinagar.
Wani was injured in his head and was battling for his life at SKIMS, Soura. Same day another youth, Farooq Ahmad Kuchay was also shot dead when SDM Ramban’s cop opened fire on protestors in Lethpora on August 02, 2016.
For 36 consecutive day, after at least 59 people were killed by forces, Kashmir has witnessed deserted roads as government continues to impose strict curfew or restrictions to thwart any mass movement of public while united resistance leadership has called for ‘referendum march’ to Lal Chowk on August 13 and 14.
The action-reaction has resulted in suspension of normal life. There is complete breakdown of communication network by government. All mobile network service providers and internet service providers have been barred except for the state run BSNL services.
