Ram Madhav, National General Secretary, BJP, met Governor N N Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here on Thursday.
Governor and Madhav discussed the recent developments and the urgent need for restoring normalcy in the State, an official spokesperson said this evening.
Meanwhile, Ghulam Hassan Mir, former Minister, met Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today to discuss the prevailing unrest and the difficulties being faced by people.
The Governor stressed the crucial importance of peace being urgently restored in the State and urged Mir to sustain his initiatives in this regard, the spokesperson added.
