#Day49: Ahead of Badambagh March, Mirwaiz Arrested

Hurriyat Conference (m) chief Mirwaiz Umar Farooq was arrested on Friday evening.

A statement issued by Hurriyat Conference (m) said that forces arrested Mirwaiz from his Nigeen residence.

“He has been shifted to an unknown place,” the statement said.

Notably, the united resistance leadership had planned to march to Indian Army’s 15 Corps at Badambagh on Saturday.

Hurriyat Conference (m) condemned the arrest of Mirwaiz.
