A top district official confirmed to Kashmir Life that the incident took place.
“One of the ten injured employees is seriously injured and has been rushed to a Srinagar hospital,” the officer said.
Reports said that a bus carrying civil secretariat employees to Jammu from Srinagar came under severe stone pelting attack around 7 PM near Green Tunnel Bijbehara in Islamabad district.
The injured were rushed to Bijbehara hospital where they were given treatment.
