Ms Shehnaz Ganai, Member J&K Legislative Council, called on Governor N N Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here on Tuesday.
Ms Ganai shared her views about the obtaining situation and the hardships being faced by people, an official spokesperson said this evening.
The Governor stressed the crucial importance of urgent restoration of peace and normalcy and urged Ms Ganai to vigorously continue her initiatives in this regard.
Meanwhile, the spokesperson added that Prof Bhim Singh also called on Governor Vohra.
Prof Bhim informed Vohra about his concerns in regard to the prevailing security situation in the State.
Stressing the crucial importance of peace and normalcy being urgently restored, the Governor urged Prof Singh to vigorously continue his initiatives in this regard.
