Army shot dead one youth and injured five others on Wednesday morning in north Kashmir’s Baramullah district. The slain is identified as Danish Manzoor, 22, of Nadihal village of district Baramullah.
“Three persons each from Ladoora and Nadihal were shot by the army this morning,” said an eyewitness over phone from Baramullah.
Reports suggest that three of the five youth are referred to Srinagar. “They are critical,” said a youth accompanying them.
Other two of the five injured persons were identified as Idrees Ahmad Malik (14), s/o Altaf Ahmad and Ishaaq Bashir Lone (25), both residents of Ladoora Baramulla.
