J&K Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian president and senior Hurriyat Conference (g) leader Aga Syed Hassan Almosvi Alsafvi paid rich tributes to the courageous “resistance” of Kashmiri people against “oppressive domination and rapacious operations of Indian forces for past 63 days”.
“The Kashmiri oppressive people have made great history of resistance instead of open and unannounced curfew that send an open message to the Indian administration that the force could not execute legitimate struggle of oppressed people,” he said.
Aga Hassan said, “bloodshed situation in Kashmir has changed happiness into sad cries. The situation requires celebration of Eid-ul-Azha with austerity and to spread helping hands towards the needy people.”
Aga Hassan condemned the detaining of youths by “Indian forces”. “Youths are detained under PSA which is a vengeance policy of State Administration.”
While condemning the ban imposed on Syed Ali Geelani’s press conference, he said, “the step has proved how far the ban on expression of freedom and how far the press is free.”
Meanwhile, spokesperson of Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian condemned the continuous house arrest of Aga Hassan who has been debarred to offer 9th Friday congregational prayer.
Spokesperson informed people that Eid-ul-Azha prayer will be offered in District headquarter Budgam and also appealed people to participate in Eid prayer after that a procession will be taken out towards the UNO office under the leadership of Aga Hassan.
The spokesperson demanded immediate release of Mohammad Yaseen resident of Khanpora Budgam.
