As per the official communiqué, working hours of government offices and educational institutions across Jammu division are changed from October 1, 2016 to April 30, 2017.
All government offices as well as educational institutions falling in Jammu division, shall observe timings from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, an official spokesperson said on Wednesday evening.
Meanwhile, the spokesperson said that the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), New Delhi is conducting Combined Graduate Level Examination at different venues/centres in Srinagar on 25 September 2016.
According to Additional District Magistrate Srinagar, if in case of any eventuality, there is curfew on 25 September 2016, the admit cards of the candidates appearing for the said examination shall be treated a curfew passes on the day of examination.
Date Extended For Class IV Applications
According to Additional District Development Commissioner Srinagar, the date for receipt of applications for Class-IV posts advertised vide No: DCS/Estt/2016/864-70 dated: 06-08-2016 has been extended up to 24 September 2016.
