Strict restrictions have been imposed and all the entrance points have been sealed in Islamabad town in view of the resistance leadership call to the South Kashmir district.
Except medical ambulances and health official vehicles, movement in the town has been barred by the heavy deployment of CRPF and police men.
At Khanabal, Naibasti, Lal Chowk, Ashijipora, Bumzoo, Mattan, Krangsoo and other points, security personnel are stopping the vehicles and even pedestrians.
“Following the ‘Chalo’ call, restrictions and section 144 has been imposed in the town to make sure that any untoward incident didn’t take place,” said a top district official.
