SRINAGAR: Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary Monday visited the house of a District Development Council (DDC) candidate at Harwan to administer her oath as she wasn’t able to attend the official oath ceremony held at Tagore hall.
“Swearing-in of the elected District Development Council members: DC Srinagar administered the oath to the elected DDC member from Harwan-IV Rizwana Bano at her home. Mrs Bano hadn’t been feeling too well and so @listenshahid visited her to take her oath,” district administration Srinagar tweeted.
