A dead body of a missing girl from Kangan area of Ganderbal district was recovered from a power canal at Panzin area of district Ganderbal on Thursday.
According to reports, the girl identified as Rubeena Bano, 25, daughter of Nazir Ahmad Tandooli, a resident of Wooder Kangan, had gone missing on December 25 and since the family has been searching for the missing daughter. However, the dead body of the missing girl was today recovered from a power canal at Panzin.
In this regard, a case has been registered and further investigations have been taken up.
