SRINAGAR: Leader of Opposition in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly and senior BJP leader, Sunil Sharma, met Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday to discuss developmental and security issues concerning the Union Territory.
Sharma, in a post on X, stated that he raised key concerns related to Kishtwar, including the completion of roads, land ownership matters, and other regional issues with Singh.
He further mentioned that the Union Defence Minister assured him of all necessary assistance to facilitate developmental works.
“Met with Hon’ble Defence Minister Sh. @rajnathsingh Ji to discuss J&K’s developmental & security issues. Raised key concerns for Kishtwar, including road completion, land ownership, airstrip construction, and establishment of an Army cantonment. Sh.
