Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah and Defence Minister, Arun Jaitley Sunday took stock of the prevailing security scenario in the State in a high level security review meeting here, official sources said.

The Army Commanders, Police and Security Forces Chiefs presented resume of the security situation and briefed the meeting about its various aspects, they added.
