SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education is yet to declare the result of 11th class which was concluded on January 6, 2021.

Director Academics BOSE Dr Farooq Peer said, “Result will be out in a week. The reason for delay was the marks distribution in different subjects, which is taking time. We cannot declare two results.”

Due to heavy snowfall and extreme low temperature, on January 03, 2021 examination of subjects which include mathematics of Science stream and sociology in Arts stream were postponed. However, the examination of commerce stream was completed before the snowfall.

Later it was conveyed by BOSE that the marks of the theory and the practical subjects will be awarded on a proportionate basis.

The inaction of the Board has put students in confusion. Students are “criticising” the slow mechanism of BOSE.
