The Radio-diagnosis unit of District Hospital Ganderbal under the aegis of Directorate of Health Services, Kashmir (DHSK) has started Color Doppler Ultrasound facilities for the general public of District Ganderbal.
A high-end Color Doppler machine has been installed and commissioned at District Hospital Ganderbal bringing a range of services at the door step of the people of the district & adjacent areas for which the patients earlier had to go to major hospitals of city or other diagnostic centers.
The facility will be a huge relief for general public and needy patients in particular who had to wait for months in major health institutes or couldn’t afford the facility in private sector.
The installation of this equipment will enhance the diagnostic and intervention potential of the District hospital Ganderbal and will lead to improvement in health care services.
