Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir government Saturday ordered that Dr Pawan Kotwal IAS, Principal Secretary to the government health and medical education department shall discharge the functions of the Director Sher-e- Kashmir Institute of medical sciences, in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Dr Kotwal would take over in wake of the attachment of three SKIMS doctors and the Director after an expose shown the trio resorting to private practice
