SRINAGAR: A driver lost his life on Saturday after being electrocuted in Marmat area of Doda district, Jammu division.
Officials said that the deceased, identified as Dhan Singh, son of Sarm Chand, a resident of Biggar, died on the spot when his vehicle’s damper came in contact with a high-tension power line while unloading goods.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and further investigation has started. (JKNS)
