SRINAGAR: The Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) on Monday ordered a change in school timings from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the summer zone areas of the region, effective from May 1.
DSEJ said that the change in school timings applies to all classes in the summer zones of the Jammu division.
DSEJ issued an order saying, “All government as well as private recognised schools up to the Higher Secondary level in the summer zones of Jammu division shall observe school timings from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with effect from May 1, 2025, until September 30, 2025.” (KNO)
