In a communication dated October 21, 2026, the directorate directed the Chief Education Officers to mention the relevant details in the remarks column of the information being collected about officials who had not applied for transfers through the online portal.

The communication further states that any claim regarding a benchmark disability or a life-consuming disease must be supported by the necessary documents or a medical certificate issued by the competent authority.

The latest directive follows an earlier communication issued by the directorate on October 14 regarding information on Masters and Teachers who had not submitted online transfer applications under ATD-2026.
