Earth Group, a well known realty major for its innovative trend setting moves like Green Building concept in the country, has announced to set up its branch office in Srinagar, on Friday.
“It is to better address the real estate requirements of the people and to capitalize the emerging market,” said Atul Gupta, JMD, Earth Group at a press conference.
The Inauguration was done in the presence of Atul Gupta, JMD, Earth Group, Ms Gita Chauhan, AVP (Sales & Marketing) and Rajiv Nanda, Regional Manager for Earth Group
Speaking on the occasion Atul said, “There has been a significant surge in the realty market in and around Srinagar. Not just the local but the nationwide investors are looking for the options in the Srinagar. At the same time, local investors are also looking for options in other cities like metro ones. With the opening of the branch in Srinagar, we aim to serve these investors by providing them all and innovative options.”
Gita Chauhan, AVP-Sales & Marketing, revealed companies strategy on venturing branch office in Srinagar, “We have been getting good demands from the investors of J&K and Srinagar being prime one, we strategically established our branch office in Srinagar,” she said.
Rajiv Nanda, Regional Manager, Earth Group shares his views on the market potential in and around the city of Srinagar. “People of Srinagar have been neglected from new age innovative and theme based residential and commercial property options. However, they have always shown their wider interest into such projects and Earth Groups’ green building concepts and innovative theme based options are among most preferred choices for them,” he said.
Irfan Ali, AGM Sales & Marketing, said that the Group has been functioning in Srinagar for the last three years but they are opening the Branch Office for further streamlining the operational activities.
