SRINAGAR: An earthquake of magnitude 3.2 struck Faridabad in Haryana and outskirts of Delhi during the early hours of Tuesday (July 22, 2025), the National Centre for Seismology (NCS) said.
The depth of the earthquake was 5 km below the surface at latitude, 28.29 degrees north and longitude 72.21 degrees east,. “Tremors were felt across Delhi-NCR, but no damage or casualties have been reported so far,”it said.
In the past few weeks, capital state Delhi has experienced a series of earthquakes, triggering panic among inhabitants. Notably, on July 10 and 11, several tremors were reported near Jhajjar in Haryana, outskirts of Delhi.
